CEPT Novice Licencing Information

As I was searching the internet for information about the CEPT Novice Licence I found out that there is not a single website where all the details are collected. Even the European Radiocommunications Office Document Database website is not complete and on some parts it will give you the wrong information!

That's why I have started to collect all the information from the different countries. It will take much more time to get all the information from the different countries but I decided to publish what I have collected up untill now.
Every time I have the information about a country complete, I will publish it straight away.

So, visit my website again in the future if the information you're looking for is not here at this moment.
All the information about the CEPT Full Licence will follow as well.

You can find everything via my website www.pd3em.com .

New website

Since I passed the exam for my ham license I was on air more often than I was doing SWL.
That's why I created a brand new website to give you more information about my activities and ham radio.
The website contruction is still in progress: it's partly a blog, partly informational and I will try to post some ham related news items regulairy.

Please take a look at my new website at www.pd3em.com

Any comments and tips are welcome.

73, Elmar PD3EM

Everything unplugged

Radar
No radio activities this evening... A very nice thunderstorm is coming right over my area as you can see in the above radar image.
So, all the cables and antennas are unplugged and the rigs are shutdown.
Last night I made a short QSO with Loet PJ2LS on 20 meter. It was my first QSO in phone across the Atlantic Ocean since I got my license one and a half month ago.
I've been active in Phone on 10m, 20m and 40m and in psk and rtty on 20 meter. On all modes and bands I work with 25 watts.
