Everything unplugged

Radar
No radio activities this evening... A very nice thunderstorm is coming right over my area as you can see in the above radar image.
So, all the cables and antennas are unplugged and the rigs are shutdown.
Last night I made a short QSO with Loet PJ2LS on 20 meter. It was my first QSO in phone across the Atlantic Ocean since I got my license one and a half month ago.
I've been active in Phone on 10m, 20m and 40m and in psk and rtty on 20 meter. On all modes and bands I work with 25 watts.

I got my license !!!

Yesterday I passed the exam for my novice license!
It will take about 1 or 2 weeks before I'll receive my license and callsign.
So I have to be a little patient but then... I hope to meet you on the bands.
With my novice license I'm allowed to work on 10m, 20m and 40m HF and on VHF and UHF with 25 watts.

Studying for my license

The last few weeks I haven't tuned the bands much. Instead I try to put every spare moment in studying for my license. I still have two more weeks to go before my exam is taking place. When I pass the exam I'll have my Novice license.
I'm really looking forward to the moment I'm allowed to be QRV so wish me luck and I hope to talk to you later on the bands!
